Kathmandu – Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has published a vacancy notice calling applications for multiple positions across its branch offices. The institution, a national-level “D” class microfinance licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, is seeking qualified and result-oriented Nepali candidates willing to work in rural areas.
According to the notice, the company requires employees for the posts of Junior Assistant and Trainee Junior Assistant under the assistant category. Both roles involve responsibilities related to field operations.
For the Junior Assistant position, candidates must have passed Proficiency Certificate Level (10+2) or equivalent and possess knowledge of computer applications such as email, internet, and office packages. Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience in microfinance institutions and a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Similarly, for the Trainee Junior Assistant role, applicants must have completed 10+2 and be capable of using basic computer applications. Candidates with field-level exposure in microfinance and a valid driving license will be preferred.
The age limit for applicants is between 18 and 35 years, with an additional relaxation of up to 5 years for female candidates. Selected candidates will initially be placed on a probation or training period before confirmation based on performance.
Interested applicants are required to download the application form from the company’s official website and submit it within the specified deadline. The selection process will include written Exam, practical computer tests, and interviews.
Mahuli Laghubitta stated that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further recruitment Process. The institution reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
