This is an unofficial tool for checking the print status of your Nepali driving license. Please note that this search only retrieves the latest printing status of your license.

The Government of Nepal has transitioned to printing driving licenses embedded with a QR code. Previously, chip-based licenses were in use.

Before visiting your transport office to collect your license, please keep the following in mind:

• Contact your transport office: Call or check for any official notices from the transport office where your license is to be collected.
• Be aware of rechecking procedures: Some offices may recheck and verify the submitted documents, which can result in licenses being distributed on different dates than expected.
• Confirm before you visit: It is strongly advised to confirm the exact distribution date and time with your respective transport office before making a trip.
