Kathmandu - Everest Bank Limited has officially announced a career opportunity, inviting job applications from qualified, energetic, and self-motivated Nepalese citizens for a senior leadership role.
According to the vacancy notice published on September 29, 2026, the commercial bank is seeking a high-performing professional for the Managerial Level position within its Digital Banking and Cards Department.
Educational Background: Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Management, Business, Economics (M.Com, MBA, MBS, or MA Economics), or Computer Applications with a minimum first division or 3.30 CGPA (out of 4), OR be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or hold an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Work Experience: Applicants are required to have a minimum of 8 years of banking or professional experience in BFIs (Banks and Financial Institutions) or Fintech companies, with specialized exposure to digital banking, cards, or fintech fields. This must include at least 3 years of active experience at a managerial level.
Age Limit: Applicants must be at least 30 years old as of the final application deadline.
The selected candidate will be tasked with steering digital product development, managing mobile and internet banking channels, scaling debit/credit/prepaid card businesses, handling fintech integrations, and integrating emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimize user experiences.
