Gurans Laghubitta Invites Applications for Various Positions

Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a Class “D” microfinance financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, has invited applications from eligible Nepali citizens for various vacant positions.

According to the vacancy notice, the institution is seeking candidates for the following positions:

• Senior Assistant: Some vacancies. Candidates must have passed Grade 12 or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and have at least three years of work experience in the microfinance sector or be currently working as an Assistant.
• Assistant: Some vacancies. Applicants must have passed Grade 12 or equivalent and possess at least three years of microfinance-sector experience or be currently working as a Junior Assistant.
• Junior Assistant: Some vacancies. Candidates must have passed Grade 12 or equivalent and have at least one year of experience in the microfinance sector.
• Junior Assistant Trainee: Some vacancies. Grade 12 or equivalent qualification is required, with no prior experience specified.

The selection process will include interview and field concept assessment. Candidates selected for the Junior Assistant Trainee position will undergo training, while successful candidates for the other positions will be appointed based on the institution's selection process.

The institution has stated that selected candidates may be required to work at any office of the financial institution, including offices located in rural and remote areas.

There is no application fee for the vacancies. Interested candidates are required to download the application form from the institution's website, glbsl.com.np, under the Career section. Applicants must submit the completed form along with copies of citizenship, educational qualification and experience certificates, as well as a copy of the driving licence where applicable, in a single PDF file through the online application system.

The deadline for submitting applications is Kartik 11, 2083, within office hours. Candidates who are unable to submit their applications online may submit them via email or at the institution's corporate office in Pushpalal Chowk, Morang.

The institution reserves the right to cancel or reject applications or the vacancy notice in the interest of the financial institution. Final appointments will be made according to the institution's regulations and the decision of the relevant selection committee.
