Kalika Laghubitta Announces Vacancy for Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a Nepal Rastra Bank-licensed Class “D” financial institution, has announced a vacancy for the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) at its central office in Pokhara, Kaski.

The financial institution is seeking applications from eligible Nepali citizens for one position under the managerial level through open competitive selection.

Educational Qualification and Experience

Candidates must have a Master’s degree or equivalent in any discipline and at least three years of experience as a Senior Manager in a bank or financial institution.

Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent must have at least five years of experience as a Senior Manager in a bank or financial institution.

Age Limit
Applicants must have completed 35 years of age but not exceeded 45 years by the application deadline.

The upper age limit will be extended by five years for female candidates. However, the prescribed age limit will not apply to existing employees of the financial institution.

Interested candidates are required to submit a handwritten application specifying the position applied for, along with:

- Recent passport-size photograph
- Self-certified CV
- Copies of academic qualifications
- Experience documents
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

Application Deadline
The deadline for submitting applications is Bhadra 17, 2083, during office hours. Applications received after the deadline or applications that do not meet the required criteria will be automatically rejected.

Selection Process
The selection process will consist of a presentation and interview. Only candidates shortlisted from among the applicants will be invited to participate in the presentation and interview. Kalika Laghubitta has stated that all rights regarding the employee selection process will remain with the financial institution.
