Infinity Laghubitta Opens Vacancies for Multiple Positions Across Nepal

Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced vacancies for multiple positions at its central and branch offices, inviting applications from qualified and experienced Nepali citizens.

According to the vacancy notice published on Shrawan 21, 2083 (August 6, 2026), the national-level Class "D" microfinance institution is seeking candidates for the following positions:

- Senior Assistant (Branch Manager)
- Assistant
- Junior Assistant
- Trainee

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Senior Assistant (Branch Manager): Proficiency Certificate Level (or equivalent) with at least three years of microfinance experience, or a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with at least one year of microfinance experience.
- Assistant: Proficiency Certificate Level (or equivalent) with a minimum of two years of experience in the microfinance sector.
- Junior Assistant: SEE/SLC, Proficiency Certificate Level, or equivalent with at least one year of microfinance experience.
- Trainee: SEE/SLC or equivalent. Candidates should be hardworking and willing to work in rural hill and Terai areas.

Age Limit
Applicants for assistant-level positions must be between 18 and 35 years of age. Female candidates are eligible for an additional five-year age relaxation.

Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for branch operations, group mobilization, loan disbursement and recovery, savings collection, credit analysis, loan monitoring, and maintaining financial records. Employees will be appointed under the institution's probation policy.

Selection Proces
Candidates applying for the Senior Assistant, Assistant, and Junior Assistant positions will be selected through a personal interview. Applicants for the Trainee position will be evaluated through a field concept assessment and interview.

Preference will be given to candidates who possess a valid driving license.
