Central Finance Limited, a well-established national-level finance company licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), has announced vacancies for various positions at its head office and branch offices.
The company is seeking qualified, motivated and result-oriented Nepali citizens for the following positions:
- Branch In-charge (Up to Officer Level): Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, preferably a master's degree, and at least five years of relevant experience, preferably in BFIs. Applicants should have knowledge of credit appraisal, risk assessment, lending decisions and team leadership. The maximum age limit is 40 years.
- Relationship Manager (Assistant to Officer Level): Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject. Experience in banks and financial institutions (BFIs), credit analysis, financial statement assessment and lending is preferred. The maximum age limit is 35 years.
- IT Department (Head Office): Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from a recognized university. Knowledge of digital banking, mobile banking, payment systems, internet banking, CBS (PUMORI), website management and networking is preferred. The maximum age limit is 35 years.
- Operations Department (Assistant Level): Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject. Experience in CBS (PUMORI), computer operations and BFIs is preferred. Candidates must not exceed 30 years of age.
The positions are available in Kathmandu Valley and outside the valley, except for the IT position, which is based at the head office.
Candidates are expected to have good communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy and proficiency in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
