Managerial Cadre: Vacancies include positions for Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager, requiring relevant master’s or bachelor’s degrees and significant leadership experience within banking and financial institutions.
Officer Level: The institution is seeking Senior Officers, Officers, Assistant Officers, and Junior Officers with backgrounds in microfinance operations, supervisory monitoring, and branch administration.
Ground Operations & Support: Several openings are listed for Supervisors, Senior Assistants, Field Assistants, Junior Assistants, and Trainees. Frontline applicants are required to meet educational thresholds ranging from SLC/SEE to intermediate levels, with preferences given to candidates holding valid two-wheeler licenses and prior experience in rural financial outreach.
Applicants must be at least 18 to 21 years of age depending on the role, with upper limits ranging between 35 and 45 years. Female applicants receive a five-year waiver on the upper age threshold.
