Arambha Chautari Laghubitta Announces Vacancy for Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Arambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ACLBSL) has invited applications from qualified and experienced Nepali professionals for the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO).

The national-level microfinance institution, licensed by the Nepal Rastra Bank as a Class "D" financial institution, currently provides microfinance services through 134 branch offices across 57 districts in all seven provinces of Nepal. The institution stated that the recruitment aims to further strengthen its managerial leadership and enhance organizational efficiency and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet one of the following academic and professional qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Management, Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Administration, or Law, along with at least seven years of managerial-level experience in a bank or financial institution; or
• A Bachelor's degree in any of the above disciplines with a minimum of ten years of experience in an officer-level or higher position in a bank or financial institution.

Candidates must also be at least 40 years old and not exceed 58 years of age on the application deadline.
