Vacancy Details

1. Chief Risk Officer (CRO) – 1 Position

• Level: Officer to Managerial
• Qualification: Master's Degree in Management or Economics (CA, Semi-CA, or ACCA preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience in risk management
• Skills Required:
  • Risk management
  • Internal controls
  • Corporate governance
  • Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) regulatory framework
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

2. Compliance / Legal Officer – Few Positions

• Level: Officer to Managerial
• Qualification: Master's Degree in Management or Economics (CA, Semi-CA, or ACCA preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking compliance or legal functions
• Preferred Knowledge:
  • NRB Directives
  • BAFIA
  • AML/CFT regulations
  • Banking laws and regulatory compliance
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

3. Branch Manager / Operations / Credit – Few Positions

• Level: Assistant to Officer Level
• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Management or higher
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience
• Fresh graduates with exceptional knowledge and aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
• Additional Preferences:
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Local candidates with a valid two-wheeler driving licence will be given preference
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
