The company is seeking qualified, competent, and result-oriented Nepali citizens for the role of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager level on a full-time basis.

Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the position must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of ICAN/ICAI.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce, or a related field will be considered an additional qualification.
Required Experience
Applicants should have:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, audit, taxation, or risk and compliance.
- Prior experience in the non-life insurance sector will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in insurance, banking, or financial services sectors are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills and Competencies
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong knowledge of Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRS), taxation, and insurance regulatory guidelines.
- Understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance practices applicable to non-life insurance companies.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management abilities.
- High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage the accounting department effectively.
Age Limit
- Candidates should not exceed 45 years of age as of the application deadline.
