Nirdhan Laghubitta Opens Applications for Kendra Sanchalak Positions Across Nepal

Kathmandu: Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced a vacancy for the position of Kendra Sanchalak (Center Manager) through an open competitive recruitment process. Eligible Nepali citizens are invited to apply online for permanent positions within the institution.

According to the vacancy notice published on Asar 23, 2083 (July 2026), the institution is recruiting a few candidates under Advertisement No. 5/2082/83 in the Assistant Level.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have passed SEE/SLC or an equivalent qualification from a recognized educational institution. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years of age on the application deadline. The upper age limit is 40 years for female applicants.

Candidates with computer knowledge and the ability to ride a motorcycle or scooter will receive preference during the shortlisting process.

Selection Process

The recruitment process includes:

• Field concept assessment
• Interview

For existing employees of the institution, the field concept assessment will not be required, and marks will be awarded based on their work performance.

Successful candidates may be posted at any branch office of the institution across Nepal. Selected applicants will undergo a six-month training period, followed by a six-month probation period before being confirmed as permanent employees. Salary and other benefits will be provided in accordance with the institution's rules.
