Agricultural Development Bank Limited has published the results of its employee promotion (advancement) process based on performance evaluation.
According to a notice issued on 2083/02/17, the bank had allocated vacant positions under its approved annual strategy and budget for FY 2082/83. Following the advertisement published on 2082/11/01, promotions were carried out to fill the positions through a performance appraisal-based system.
The advertisement number 2/2082-83 was issued for the post of Officer Level, Level-9, Administration Service, Senior Branch Manager. A total of three vacancies were announced for this position.
Among the eligible candidates who met the criteria up to the end of Ashadh 2082, the selection was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Agricultural Development Bank Employees Service Regulations, 2062. The evaluation process considered performance appraisal scores, seniority, academic qualifications, and points earned for service in geographically categorized working areas.
Based on the total evaluation and ranking system, candidates have been recommended for promotion, and their seniority will be effective from the date of publication of this notice.
The decision was made by the Post Fulfillment Committee on 2083/02/17. The bank has stated that the decision has been published for the information of all concerned in accordance with the relevant service regulations.
