Kathmandu: Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) has published the result of an internal promotion process conducted through performance evaluation.
According to a notice issued by the Human Resource Management Department at the bank's head office in Kathmandu, the promotion process was carried out in accordance with the bank's approved staffing plan and budget for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The promotion was conducted for the position of Department Head (Officer Level 10, Administration Service) through a performance-based evaluation system. Eligible candidates were assessed based on factors including job performance, length of service, educational qualifications, and experience gained in designated geographical areas.
Following the evaluation and recommendation of the Recruitment Committee, Mr. Santosh Kumar Karki (Employee Code: 4921) has been selected for promotion. He secured 89.223 points in the evaluation process.
The bank stated that the result has been published in accordance with the provisions of its Employee Service Regulations and related promotion procedures.
Agricultural Development Bank regularly conducts internal promotion and career development programs aimed at recognizing employee performance and strengthening institutional capacity.
