Position: Junior Assistant Trainee (Open Competition)

Minimum Education: Must have passed Proficiency Certificate Level (10+2) or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized educational institution.
Preferred Skills/Experience: * Basic computer operation skills and knowledge.
Candidates possessing a valid motorcycle or scooter driving license will be given preference.
Local residents of the organization's work areas will be given priority.
Age Limit: Between 18 and 30 years old as of the application date. (The upper age limit is relaxed up to 35 years for female candidates).
Selection Process: The selection will be conducted in three successive stages:
Written Examination (for shortlisted candidates)
Field Concept/Orientation (1-week deployment at various branch offices for written exam qualifiers)
Interview (in Kathmandu, for those who successfully complete the field concept)
Selected candidates will initially undergo a 6-month training period at any vacant branch office across the country.
Work Location: Branch offices operating within all 7 provinces of Nepal, specifically targeting rural, hilly, and mountainous regions.
Salary & Benefits: As per the institution's rules. Only a designated training allowance will be provided during the 6-month training period. Upon satisfactory performance, the process for permanent appointment will be initiated based on institutional requirements.
