Kathmandu – Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has announced a vacancy for the post of Junior Assistant Trainee under its employee recruitment program.
According to the notice published by the national-level “D” class financial institution, interested and qualified candidates can apply online within 15 days from the date of publication through the institution’s official website.
The microfinance institution stated that candidates must have passed at least SEE or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institution. Applicants must also possess basic computer training certification. Preference will be given to candidates having work experience in related institutions and those holding a motorcycle or scooter driving license.
The age limit for applicants is 18 to 35 years as of the final application date, while female candidates can apply up to the age of 40. However, the age limit will not apply to permanent employees currently working in the institution.
The selection process will include a written examination, field concept evaluation, practical computer test, and interview.
Applicants are required to deposit an application fee of NPR 500 in the specified bank account of Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited and submit the voucher along with the online application.
The notice also mentioned that the training period will be six months, and successful trainees may later be appointed to permanent positions based on the institution’s requirements and performance evaluation.
