A Master’s degree in Management, Banking, Finance, or Business Administration is mandatory, and the age limit is 50 years.
Similarly, the Senior Manager will be tasked with managing branch and departmental operations, ensuring business targets are met, and maintaining asset quality. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5 years in a managerial role, along with strong knowledge of banking operations, credit, and risk management. The maximum age limit for this position is 45 years.
The Manager position focuses on leading the Credit Administration department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including directives from Nepal Rastra Bank, and enhancing customer service quality. Candidates applying for this role must have at least 8 years of experience, including 4 years at the managerial level. The age limit is also capped at 45 years.
