Aviyan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a Nepal Rastra Bank-licensed Class “D” national-level microfinance institution, has announced vacancies for qualified Nepali citizens across managerial, officer and assistant-level positions.
The institution has invited applications for a total of 40+ positions through an open recruitment process. The vacancies cover six categories, ranging from Senior Manager/Assistant Manager to Junior Assistant/Junior Assistant (Trainee).
According to the vacancy notice, the institution is seeking Senior Manager/Assistant Manager (1 position) under the managerial category. Candidates must have a postgraduate degree from a recognized educational institution or a bachelor's degree with a CA qualification, along with at least five years of experience in the financial sector. Preference will be given to candidates with CA/Semi-Qualified CA qualifications or experience as a departmental head in a microfinance institution.
Similarly, Senior Officer/Junior Officer (1/2 positions) are being sought under the officer category. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, or have passed the CA examination, with at least five years of experience in the financial sector. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in management, entry, monitoring or branch-level operations.
The institution has also announced vacancies for Supervisor (5 positions), requiring a proficiency certificate or equivalent qualification and at least two years of experience in the financial sector. Candidates with experience as a supervisor or branch head in a microfinance institution will receive preference.
For the assistant category, Aviyan Laghubitta is recruiting Senior Assistant (10 positions) and Assistant (12 positions). Candidates for both positions must have a proficiency certificate or equivalent qualification and at least two years of experience in the financial sector. Experience in accounts, field operations and related functions in microfinance institutions will be preferred.
The institution is also seeking Junior Assistant/Junior Assistant (Trainee) (11 positions). Candidates must have passed the SLC/SEE or an equivalent examination. For the Junior Assistant position, candidates with at least two years of experience in the financial sector will be preferred. For the trainee position, preference will be given to candidates who can ride a motorcycle or scooter and are willing to work in hilly and rural areas.
Eligible candidates must submit a duly completed application form along with their CV, citizenship certificate, National Identity Card, recent photograph, educational certificates and documents verifying the required work experience within 15 days of the vacancy announcement, by September 8, 2026 (B.S. 2083/05/23).

The age limit for managerial positions is 21 to 45 years, while candidates applying for officer-level positions must be between 21 and 40 years. For assistant-level positions, applicants must be between 18 and 35 years. Female candidates will receive an additional five years in the upper age limit.
The recruitment process will include presentation and interview for Advertisement Nos. 1 through 5, while the Junior Assistant (Trainee) position will be filled through a written examination and interview.
Salary, allowances and other benefits will be provided according to the institution's rules, and selected employees will be required to work at offices designated by the financial institution.
