SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Opens Vacancy for Branch Manager and Trainee Assistant

Kathmandu — SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company Limited has announced new career opportunities for motivated and qualified individuals, seeking to fill positions for Branch Manager and Trainee Assistant across multiple provinces.

According to the vacancy notice, the company is looking to recruit Branch Managers for its branches in Madhesh Province (Nijgadh) and Bagmati Province (Bhaisepati). Candidates applying for this role must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, with preference given to those with a Master’s degree in Management or Business Studies. Applicants are also required to have a minimum of three years of experience in the insurance, banking, or finance sector, and must be below 40 years of age.

Similarly, vacancies for Trainee Assistant have been announced for Koshi Province (Biratchowk) and Lumbini Province (Bhairahawa). Candidates must have completed at least Intermediate (10+2), while those with a Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business Studies will be given preference. The age limit for this position is 35 years.

The company has emphasized skills such as sales and marketing, effective communication, leadership, and knowledge of life insurance products for managerial roles. For trainee-level applicants, proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing skills in both Nepali and English, and basic accounting knowledge are considered essential.

Selected candidates will be responsible for various operational and customer service functions, including managing branch operations, coordinating with head office departments, supporting insurance agents, and ensuring quality service delivery to policyholders.
