Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Announces Vacancy for Various Positions

Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a province-level financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as a “Class D” institution, has announced vacancies for various positions. The notice was published on October 18, 2025.

According to the announcement, applications are invited from eligible Nepali citizens for appointment through open competition. The institution is currently implementing microfinance programs following the rural banking model and seeks competent and experienced candidates for the following posts:

The vacancies include Assistant Manager/Deputy Officer (Administrative/Officer Level) and Supervisor/Senior Assistant (Assistant Level). A total of one position is available for Assistant Manager/Deputy Officer, while the number of positions for Supervisor/Senior Assistant is a few.

For the Assistant Manager/Deputy Officer position, applicants must have passed CA, Semi-CA, or ACCA from a recognized educational institution. Candidates should have at least nine years of work experience in banks, financial institutions, or organized institutions, with priority given to those having experience in SIS, ECL, and NFRS reporting as per Nepal Rastra Bank guidelines.

For the Supervisor/Senior Assistant position, applicants must have completed at least Intermediate (+2) level education from a recognized institution. For the Supervisor post, a minimum of four years of experience in banks or financial institutions is required, while for Senior Assistant, at least three years of experience as an assistant in financial institutions is mandatory.

Applicants must submit a handwritten application along with a detailed biodata, copies of Nepali citizenship certificate, academic qualification certificates, experience letters, and a recently taken passport-size photograph. Applications should be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice during office hours via email at [email protected].

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for written and/or interview examinations. The examination fee is NPR 400 for officer-level posts and NPR 300 for assistant-level posts. The age limit is 18 to 40 years, with an additional 5-year age relaxation for female candidates.
