According to the announcement, candidates with a Bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply. While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Branch/Sub-Branch Manager positions, preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in life insurance sales, banking, cooperatives, microfinance, or sales management.
