Available Positions:

1. Chartered Accountants
Few (Central Office | Up to Officer Level)

• Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAN or ICAI.

• Prior audit experience in commercial or development banks preferred.

• Sound knowledge of BAFIA, NRB directives, and relevant regulations.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

2. Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants
Few (Central Office | Up to Supervisor Level)

• Completed CAP-II from ICAN or IPCC from ICAI, along with 3 years’ articleship.

• Prior audit experience in banking preferred.

• Well-versed in banking laws and compliance.

• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

3. Information Security Department
 Few (Central Office | Up to Officer Level)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field.

• Practical knowledge of application/network security, firewalls, SIEM, antivirus, IPS/IDS.

• Strong vulnerability assessment and penetration testing skills.

4. IT Department
Few (Central Office | Up to Supervisor Level)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience in IT and digital banking.

• Strong project management and system integration experience.

• Proficiency in mobile and internet banking platforms.

5. Branch Managers
Few (Across All Regions | Up to Officer Level)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in branch management.

• Knowledge of compliance, operational risk, credit, and portfolio growth.

• Strong people management and sales-oriented skills.

• Leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.

• Sound market knowledge and client relationship management.

6. Assistant Relationship Managers
Few (Across All Regions | Up to Supervisor Level)

• At least 2 years of experience in credit sales at BFIs.

• Understanding of credit compliance and portfolio growth.

• Sales-driven and client-focused approach.

Age Criteria:

• Assistant Level: Not exceeding 30 years

• Officer Level: Not exceeding 35 years
