For the Relationship Manager job in Nepal, candidates must also have a Bachelor’s degree in a similar discipline and at least five years of experience in banking and credit operations. This should include three years at the Supervisor level and two years at the Assistant/Senior Assistant level. Strong knowledge of NRB circulars, credit handling, customer service, and marketing is required. The maximum age limit for Junior Officer level is 40 years, and for Assistant or Supervisor level, it is 30 years.
