Key Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university, with at least second division marks.
At least 5 years of experience in a banking institution at the Officer level, or 3 years at the Supervisor level in institutions licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).
Sound knowledge of credit appraisal, NRB directives, credit procedures, and circulars.
Strong command of credit operations, customer handling, and credit marketing.
Age must not exceed 40 years for Officer level and 30 years for Supervisor level as of the deadline date.
