Qualifications & Experience Required
Officer/Junior Officer Level:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Banking, Finance, Management, Public Administration, or related fields with a minimum of second division.
- At least five years of experience in Banking and Financial Institutions (BFIs).
- CA or ACCA qualifications are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of credit appraisal, NRB directives, and credit operations.
- Age limit: 40 years as of the application deadline.
Supervisor Level:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in similar fields with at least second division marks.
- CA Intermediate (with articleship completion) or ACCA qualification is acceptable.
- At least three years of experience in BFIs.
- Familiarity with credit marketing, appraisal procedures, and NRB regulations.
- Age limit: 30 years as of the application deadline.
