Branch Managers (Supervisor up to Officer Level - Inside/Outside Valley): Few
Qualification & Experience for Officer Level:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Economics, Monetary, Banking, Finance, Commercial Law, Science, Management, Public Administration from a recognized University with a minimum of second division marks.
- At least 5 years of experience in Banking and Financial Institutions (BFIs), including Insurance Companies, Public Limited Companies listed in Nepal Stock Exchange, and other Public Limited Companies listed in Nepal Stock Exchange licensed by Regulatory Bodies, Fintech Companies.
- CA or ACCA may apply.
- Knowledge of credit appraisal/procedures and NRB Directives & Circulars.
- Good knowledge in credit, operation, customer service, and marketing.
- Age should not exceed 40 years for Officer Level as of the last date of the application.
Qualification & Experience for Supervisor Level:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Economics, Monetary, Banking, Finance, Commercial Law, Science, Management from a recognized University with a minimum of second division marks.
- ACCA or CA Intermediate (with Completion of Articleship) or equivalent may apply.
- Knowledge of credit appraisal/procedures and NRB Directives & Circulars.
- Good knowledge in credit, operation, customer service, and marketing.
- At least 3 years of working experience in any Banks & Financial Institutions.
- Age should not exceed 30 years for Supervisor Level as of the last date of the application.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the further selection process, and the corporate position shall be offered commensurate with the prior experience of the candidates.
