Position Available: Research Analyst
Number of Positions: 3 Unit: Investment Banking, Business Development Level: Entry to Mid-level
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- MBA or Master's Degree in Management/Economics/Finance from a recognized University.
- BBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics/Finance with 2-3 years of experience in Nepalese/International Capital Markets or Investment Banking firms at a similar level. Experience in equity research analysis is a plus.
- A solid understanding of Nepalese Capital Markets Products and Services, Banking Procedures, Financial Research and Analysis, Risk-Return Analysis, Private Equity and Venture Capital, and other Investment Banking activities.
- Exposure to Financial Modeling, Financial Projection, Due Diligence, and Equity Research Analysis.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Nepali with excellent interpersonal skills, a smart personality, and a positive attitude even under constant work pressure.
- Professional integrity, an entrepreneurial attitude, and proficiency in MS applications.
- Proactive and dynamic individuals with strong problem-solving skills and a sense of organizational loyalty are highly encouraged to apply.
