Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Calls for Sealed Bids to Purchase Property Inside Ring Road

Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has issued a public notice inviting sealed bids from interested property owners for the purchase of land or a house and land within Kathmandu's Ring Road to accommodate its commercial and corporate office needs.

Under the procurement criteria, the insurer is seeking either a minimum of 2 Ropanis of vacant land or at least 1.5 Ropanis if the property includes a built structure. Eligible properties must feature a minimum 6-meter paved access road, well-demarcated boundaries, free-and-clear private ownership (Raikar) devoid of legal disputes or tenancy claims, and suitable infrastructure with preference given to structures offering basement or underground parking. Interested sellers must submit their sealed proposals along with all required notarized ownership and municipal documents to the company's central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, by 4:00 PM on Mangsir 22, 2083 BS (within 35 days of first publication).
