Kathmandu: Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., a national-level microfinance institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as a Class "D" financial institution, has announced vacancies for multiple positions across its branch network.
According to the vacancy notice published on Asar 19, 2083 (July 3, 2026), the institution is seeking qualified and experienced Nepali citizens to support its expanding operations. The organization currently provides microfinance services through 149 branch offices in 46 districts across Nepal.

Applicants for the Branch Head position must have completed at least the 10+2 level (or equivalent) and possess a minimum of three years of experience in the microfinance or banking sector, including experience in branch management.
Candidates applying for the Experienced Field Assistant position should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) and have at least two years of relevant work experience in the banking or microfinance sector.
For the Field Assistant Trainee position, candidates must have completed 10+2 (or equivalent).

Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age. Female candidates are eligible for an additional five-year age relaxation, as stated in the notice.
The institution said salaries and allowances will be provided according to its internal rules and regulations. Employees will also receive additional benefits, including provident fund, gratuity, insurance, and other welfare facilities as applicable.
