For the Assistant Manager position in the Marketing Department, candidates are required to hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university in Nepal, with preference given to those with higher academic qualifications. Applicants must also have at least five years of experience in the marketing field. Similarly, for Jr. Officer, Officer, and Sr. Officer positions, candidates should possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university, with preference for higher qualifications, along with a minimum of three years of experience in marketing.
For Supervisors, Sr. Assistants, Assistants, Junior Assistants, and Trainee Assistant positions, candidates must have completed at least 10+2 level education, although higher academic qualifications will be preferred. Prior experience in a similar field is highly desirable, while freshers are also encouraged to apply for trainee-level positions. The age of applicants should not exceed 30 years at the time of advertisement for these roles.
