Kathmandu – Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Limited (LIC Nepal) has published a vacancy announcement calling applications from dynamic and result-oriented Nepali citizens for the position of Branch Head.
According to the notice, the company is looking to fill approximately 10 positions under the Senior Associate cadre. However, highly deserving candidates may also be considered for appointment at the Assistant Manager (Junior Officer) level.
Applicants must have at least a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, while a master’s degree will be an added advantage. The company has specified that candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in marketing within life or general insurance companies, or other financial institutions such as banks and finance companies.
The age limit for applicants is set between 30 to 35 years as of the application date, although the company has mentioned that this requirement may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates. Salary and benefits will be provided as per company rules.
LIC Nepal stated that selected candidates may be posted anywhere across the country based on organizational requirements.
In terms of responsibilities, the Branch Head will be expected to develop and implement sales plans, recruit and manage agents, lead the sales team to achieve targets, and enhance customer satisfaction by simplifying processes.
The company has assured that the confidentiality of all applicants will be strictly maintained. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview process.
