Kathmandu: NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has announced vacancies for various positions across its central office and 148 branch offices nationwide. The institution, licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as a “D” class financial institution, is seeking qualified Nepali candidates through open competition.
According to the notice, the vacancies include positions in Financial Management/Internal Audit (Officer level), Information Technology (Officer/Assistant level), Agriculture Technician (Assistant level), Branch Manager/Field Assistant (Assistant level), and Assistant Trainee.
Candidates with relevant academic qualifications and work experience are encouraged to apply. For instance, applicants for the financial and IT positions must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related fields, along with prior work experience. Similarly, agriculture technician applicants should have completed I.Sc. Ag/Veterinary or JTA and possess field-level experience.
Interested candidates can submit their applications online through the company’s website within 15 days from the date of publication (by Baisakh 7, 2083) during office hours.
The organization has specified age limits: applicants for officer-level roles must be between 21 and 40 years, while assistant-level applicants should be between 18 and 35 years. Female candidates are eligible for an additional five-year age relaxation.
Selected candidates will be placed in various districts across Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces as per organizational requirements. The selection process will include written tests and interviews, while assistant trainees will be selected through interviews.
NMB Laghubitta stated that salary and benefits will be provided as per the institution’s rules. The institution also reserves full rights regarding the recruitment process.
