Dharan – Miteri Development Bank Limited has opened applications for several positions across different departments, seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join its team. The vacancy notice, published on 2082/12/08, targets candidates willing to work at the bank’s corporate office as well as its existing and upcoming branch locations.
The bank is hiring for roles in Finance and Treasury, Risk Management, Information Technology, Branch Management, and Relationship Management, along with entry-level Trainee Junior Assistants. The number of vacancies for most positions is limited, and candidates are expected to meet specific academic and professional requirements.
For Finance and Treasury roles, applicants must have completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) or be semi-qualified, with strong knowledge of banking regulations including NRB directives and financial reporting standards. Similarly, Risk Management candidates are required to hold at least a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in banking or financial institutions.
In the Information Technology department, the bank is looking for candidates with a background in computer science or related fields. Applicants should have at least two years of experience, along with technical expertise in databases, web technologies, and system management.
Branch Manager positions (ranging from Junior Officer to Senior Officer) require candidates with a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in banking. Strong leadership and managerial skills are essential for these roles. Meanwhile, Relationship Manager roles are open to candidates with a management degree and relevant experience in credit and marketing functions.
For fresh graduates, the bank has also announced vacancies for Trainee Junior Assistants. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in management with a minimum CGPA of 3.25 or 60 percent, and prior work experience is not mandatory.
Age limits vary by position, with the maximum age set at 40 years for most roles, 35 years for Branch Managers, and 30 years for Relationship Managers. The Trainee Junior Assistant position is open to applicants up to 25 years of age.
