Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has published a vacancy notice calling for applications to fill several positions across its branch offices. The microfinance institution, licensed as a “D” class financial institution by Nepal Rastra Bank, is seeking qualified and interested Nepali citizens through open competition.
According to the notice, vacancies have been announced for the following posts:
For the Supervisor/Senior Assistant role, applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in a microfinance institution, or have passed a proficiency certificate level with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
For the Assistant position, candidates should have passed proficiency certificate level or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in a microfinance institution. Preference will be given to those willing to work in rural field areas.
Similarly, for the Junior Assistant post, applicants must have passed SEE/SLC or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience. Candidates with higher qualifications will be given preference.
The age limit for applicants is 18 to 35 years, with an additional 5-year relaxation for female candidates. Selection will be based on an interview process.
Interested candidates are required to apply online through the company’s website or email their application, along with bio-data, citizenship copy, academic certificates, and experience documents, within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
The company has stated that only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection processes, and incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
