Sampada Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has published a vacancy notice inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for various positions at its central office.
According to the notice, the institution is seeking to fill positions including Senior Manager/Manager and IT-related roles such as Supervisor, Senior Assistant, Assistant, and Junior Assistant. The number of required candidates for each position is limited.
For the managerial position, candidates must have passed CA/ACCA or equivalent from a recognized institution and possess at least 5 years of work experience in banks or financial institutions. Applicants should also have sound knowledge of NRB directives, reporting standards (SIS/ECL/NFRS), tax laws, BAFIA, and other relevant financial regulations.
Similarly, for IT and assistant-level positions, candidates must have completed relevant qualifications in Information Technology from a recognized university and have at least 1 year of work experience in a related field.
Regarding age criteria, applicants for the managerial post must be between 21 and 45 years, while candidates applying for assistant-level positions should be between 18 and 35 years. However, age relaxation of up to 5 years will be provided for female candidates.
Interested candidates are required to submit their application along with copies of citizenship, academic certificates, experience documents, and a recent photograph within 15 days from the date of publication. The selection process will be based on an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further evaluation.
