Laxmi Sunrise Bank has invited applications for the position of Multimedia Specialist – Marketing & Communications under its Brand and Media Relations Department.
According to the vacancy notice, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing graphic and multimedia content for internal and digital communication platforms. The role includes creating visually consistent communication materials, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and supporting branding initiatives, advertising, and digital media campaigns.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Studies. Candidates with at least two years of relevant experience in multimedia or an agency environment will have an added advantage.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva is required, along with basic video editing skills and knowledge of AI-based graphics and video tools. Strong organizational abilities, creativity, time management skills, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively are essential for the role.
The Multimedia Specialist will develop basic graphic designs aligned with the bank’s branding guidelines, create and update internal communication materials (such as flyers, posters, digital posts, banners, and presentations), and coordinate with departments to ensure effective communication. The role also involves supporting the Digital and Media Relations team in day-to-day activities.
