Shikhar Insurance Company Limited (SICL), one of Nepal’s leading general insurance companies, has announced vacancies for several positions at its corporate and branch offices. The company is seeking self-motivated, result-oriented, and dynamic Nepali citizens to strengthen its workforce.
According to the notice, applications are invited for the positions of Executive Secretary, Marketing Manager/Officer, and Marketing Trainee Assistant.
For the Executive Secretary position, applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and have at least three years of experience in a secretarial role. Candidates should be proactive, able to maintain confidentiality, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and possess good typing and communication skills in both Nepali and English. The age limit for this position is not exceeding 35 years.
The Marketing Manager/Officer position requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. Applicants should have strong communication skills, be result-oriented, adaptable to market changes, and capable of effective stakeholder management. The maximum age limit is 35 years for officer level and 40 years for manager level.
For the Marketing Trainee Assistant position, candidates must have completed Intermediate level education from a recognized institution and should not be more than 25 years of age. Applicants are expected to be eager to learn, proactive, and possess good communication skills.
