Kathmandu, Dec 29 — Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited (SALICO) has announced multiple job vacancies for eligible Nepali candidates in its Marketing and Medical Claim Departments. The vacancies are open for various positions ranging from junior to managerial levels, to be filled in head office as well as branch offices across the country.
According to the notice, the company is seeking qualified candidates for the post of Assistant Manager in the Marketing Department, with postings inside Kathmandu Valley. Applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s degree—preferably a Master’s degree—in Banking and Insurance, Marketing, Economics, or Management, along with a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in the general insurance industry.
Similarly, vacancies have been announced for Senior Officer, Officer, and Junior Officer positions for all branches inside and outside the Valley. Candidates applying for these posts must possess a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and have at least 5 years of prior experience in the general insurance sector.
The company has also invited applications for Senior Assistant, Assistant, and Junior Assistant roles in the Marketing Department. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Junior Assistant position. These roles require a Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years of experience in the insurance industry.
In addition, SALICO has opened vacancies in the Medical Claim Department at its Head Office for the positions of Senior Assistant and Assistant. Applicants must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Nursing or other health-related disciplines, along with 3 to 4 years of experience in the medical claim section of the general insurance industry.
The company stated that remuneration and benefits will be provided as per company rules. Interested and eligible candidates are required to submit their applications, updated resumes, citizenship copies, and relevant documents through the company’s official career portal at online.salico.com.np/career within 15 days from the date of publication, i.e., by 14th Poush, 2082 (29th December, 2025).
SALICO has clarified that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further selection processes and that the company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
