Narayani Development Bank Announces Vacancies for different Positions

Narayani Development Bank Ltd., a regional level development bank with its central office in Bharatpur–10, Chitwan, has announced vacancies for various positions at its central office. The bank has invited applications from competent, self-motivated, and result-oriented Nepalese citizens for Officer Level and Assistant Level positions across multiple departments.

For the Officer Level, vacancies are open in the Risk, Operation, Recovery, and Marketing Departments. Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Management from a recognized university and have a minimum of five years of banking experience, currently working at least one level below the applied position in any bank or financial institution. Candidates with CA, Semi-CA, or ACCA qualifications will be given preference. Applicants should also have sound knowledge of Nepal Rastra Bank directives, banking operations, and risk assessment. The age limit for this position is not exceeding 40 years as of January 6, 2026.

Similarly, the bank has announced vacancies at the Assistant Level in the Credit, Operation, and Information Technology Departments. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management or Economics, with preference given to those holding a Master’s degree. Applicants should have 2–3 years of banking experience and possess knowledge of core banking software, particularly in the credit department. Technical knowledge of hardware, networking, SQL, mobile banking, CIPS, and IPS operations is also required. Priority will be given to local candidates holding a two-wheeler driving license. The age limit for assistant-level applicants is not exceeding 35 years as of January 6, 2026.
