Kathmandu – Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has announced an open call for applications to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The notice, published on 2082/08/10, invites eligible Nepali citizens to submit their applications along with necessary documents, including a recent passport-size photo, a copy of citizenship, biodata, proof of academic qualifications, and experience certificates.
According to the notice, applications must be submitted either in person at the institution’s central office or via email at [email protected] no later than 4:00 PM on 2082/08/23.
The organization is looking for candidates with a strong academic background in fields such as management, banking, finance, microfinance, economics, commerce, law, statistics, mathematics, public administration, or related areas. Applicants must hold at least a master’s degree from a recognized university and have a minimum of five years of work experience in a relevant leadership role within banks, financial institutions, cooperatives, NGOs, INGOs, or universities.
Priority will be given to those with prior experience as a CEO, Deputy CEO, or senior managerial roles in financial institutions. Candidates must also possess strong leadership abilities, management skills, and a solid understanding of information technologies used in financial operations.
Applicants are required to submit details of their academic qualifications, experience, an essay of up to 2,500 words on the current challenges and opportunities of the microfinance sector, along with their strategic vision for Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta.
The selection process includes shortlisting based on academic qualifications, work experience, and submitted proposals. Shortlisted candidates will undergo presentations and interviews conducted by the selection committee.
