Narayani Development Bank Ltd., a regional-level development bank headquartered in Bharatpur Metropolitan City–10, Chitwan, has opened applications for two key positions at its Central Office.
The bank is seeking one Chief Risk Officer for its Risk Department and one Officer for the Planning and Development Department. The positions are targeted at qualified, dynamic, and result-oriented Nepali professionals with strong backgrounds in banking and finance.
1. Chief Risk Officer — Officer Level
Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Management from a recognized university, with preference given to CA, Semi-CA, or ACCA holders. Applicants should have a minimum of five years of banking experience at a supervisory level, along with strong knowledge of NRB directives, banking operations, and risk assessment. The age limit is 40 as of December 3, 2025.
2. Planning and Development Officer — Supervisor/Officer Level
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, CA/Semi-CA, or ACCA. A minimum of three years’ experience in banking or financial institutions is required. The role demands expertise in strategic planning, policy formulation, development initiatives, and strong analytical capacity. The age limit for this post is 35 as of December 3, 2025.
