Manjushree Finance Announces Multiple Job Openings Across Departments

Kathmandu, October 2025 — Manjushree Finance Limited, one of Nepal’s leading financial institutions and the winner of the Best Managed Finance Company 2024 award, has announced several new vacancies across multiple departments as part of its ongoing expansion and service enhancement plan.

According to the official notice, the company is inviting applications from qualified and dynamic individuals for positions in IT Department, Internal Audit & Finance, Branch Management, Management Trainee, and Credit & Operation Department.

In the IT Department, positions are open for Officer – IT Operations (SO/Officer/JO) requiring a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and five years of banking experience, and Software Developer (Assistant Level) requiring knowledge in C#, ASP.NET, and SQL.

For the Internal Audit & Finance Department, the company seeks Officer Level candidates who are CA or Semi-qualified CA/ACCA with relevant banking experience.

Similarly, for the Branch Manager post, applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Management with a minimum of five years of banking experience, including one year as a Branch Manager.

The Management Trainee position welcomes fresh graduates with a Master’s degree in Management, while the Credit & Operation Department is seeking candidates up to Supervisor Level with a Bachelor’s degree in Management—freshers are encouraged to apply.
