Job Opportunities at Narayani Development Bank

Narayani Development Bank Limited (NDBL), headquartered in Chitwan, has announced multiple job openings for competent, self-motivated, skilled, and result-oriented Nepali citizens who aspire to excel in the banking sector. The bank is seeking applications for various positions at its central office and branches.

Available Positions

1. Head – Compliance/Risk Department (Officer Level)

   • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Chartered Accountant, Semi-Chartered Accountant, or ACCA preferred).

   • At least 5 years of banking experience with sound knowledge of General Banking Practice, Account Operations, CBS operations, NFRS, and financial statement preparation.

   • Age not exceeding 40 years as of the application deadline.

   • Driving license holders will be given priority.

2. Head – Legal Department (Officer Level)

   • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law with an advocate license (Master’s Degree preferred).

   • At least 5 years of banking experience with knowledge of operations or branch management.

   • Strong understanding of laws, provisions, NRB directives, and banking regulations.

   • Age not exceeding 40 years.

   • Candidates with two-wheeler driving licenses will be prioritized.

3. Branch Manager (Supervisor/Officer Level)

   • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Master’s Degree preferred).

   • 3–5 years of banking experience in relevant fields with expertise in branch operations and credit management.

   • Age not exceeding 40 years.

   • Priority to local candidates with two-wheeler driving licenses.

4. Assistant (Assistant Level)

   • Minimum +2 (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) in Management.

   • At least 2 years of banking experience in relevant fields.

   • Proficiency in Pumori Software required.

   • Knowledge of hardware, networking, SQL (for IT Assistant), mobile banking, and IPS preferred.

   • Age not exceeding 35 years.

   • Fluency in English (written and spoken) mandatory.

   • Local candidates with two-wheeler licenses will be prioritized.
