Kathmandu – Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited, a leading national-level development bank, has announced vacancies for the position of Branch Manager (Junior Officer/Supervisor) at two of its branches – Gajehada Branch and Mahendranagar Branch.
According to the bank, applicants must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Management from a recognized university, with preference given to candidates with a Master’s degree. For the Junior Officer position, candidates must have a minimum of four years of total banking experience, including at least two years in branch operations and credit functions. For the Supervisor position, candidates must have a minimum of three years of total banking experience with at least one year in branch operations and credit functions.
In addition, candidates are required to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, a valid driving license, and must meet the age criteria – not exceeding 40 years for Junior Officer and 35 years for Supervisor as of the application deadline.
The bank stated that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further selection processes, and it reserves the right to accept or reject applications without assigning any reason. Corporate positions will be offered based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
