Kathmandu — NLG Insurance Company Limited, a leading general insurance provider in Nepal, has announced a vacancy for the position of Claim Manager at its head office. The company is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Nepali citizens with strong insurance expertise and proven professional skills.

Eligibility:
Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields, including Management, Insurance Profession Studies, Chartered Accountancy, or Engineering, with a minimum of 3 to 10 years of officer-level experience, depending on qualifications. Experience as a surveyor of engineering portfolios for over 10 years will be considered preferable. Candidates must also possess excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
The Claim Manager will oversee all claim processing and settlements, lead the claim department to meet objectives, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
