Salico Insurance Announces Nationwide Job Vacancies Across Multiple Departments

Kathmandu, 2082/04/07 — Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited (SALICO) has announced multiple job openings across various departments, offering attractive opportunities for qualified and experienced professionals in the insurance industry.

The company is hiring for several key positions in both its Marketing and Claim Departments for all seven provinces, with a special focus on Gandaki Province (Pokhara) and other branch locations inside and outside the Kathmandu Valley.

Open Positions:

Marketing Department:

1. Province Head – Gandaki Province (Pokhara)

   • Required: 1 Position

   • Qualification: Bachelor's (preferably Master’s) in Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Economics, or Management

   • Experience: 8–10 years in the General Insurance Industry

2. Assistant Manager (All Branches: Inside & Outside Valley)

   • Qualification: Bachelor’s (preferably Master’s) in related fields

   • Experience: 6–8 years in General Insurance

3. Sr. Officer / Officer / Jr. Officer

   • Qualification: Bachelor’s in Insurance, Marketing, Economics, or Management

   • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in General Insurance

4. Sr. Assistant / Assistant / Jr. Assistant

   • Qualification: Bachelor’s in related fields

   • Experience: 2–4 years in General Insurance

Claim Department:

1. Sr. Assistant / Assistant / Jr. Assistant (Pokhara/Dhangadhi)

   • Required: Few Positions

   • Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related fields

   • Additional Advantage: Motor Vehicle Surveying or Insurance Surveying certification

   • Experience: 2–4 years in General Insurance (Freshers can apply for Jr. Assistant)
