Excel Development Bank Announces Multiple Vacancies Across Koshi Province

Excel Development Bank Ltd., a “B” class financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, has published a vacancy notice seeking to recruit dynamic, qualified, and result-oriented Nepali citizens for various positions across its network in Koshi Province. With its central office located in Birtamod, Jhapa, the bank is the first province-level development bank in Nepal and is expanding its workforce to strengthen its operational capability.

Available Positions:

1. Branch Manager – 10 Positions (Junior Officer to Senior Officer Level)

   • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial banking, including at least 1 year as Branch Manager.

   • Bachelor’s degree in Management or Economics with at least 50% marks or equivalent from a recognized university.

2. Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant – 4 Positions

   • Position negotiable.

   • Prior experience in Banking and Financial Institutions (BFIs) is preferred.

   • Candidates with exposure to banking are encouraged to apply.

3. Relationship Manager – Few Positions (Assistant Level)

   • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in BFIs with at least 1 year in credit-related functions.

   • Bachelor’s degree in Management or Economics with at least 50% marks or equivalent.

4. Trainee Assistant – Few Positions

   • Locations: Khandbari, Dhankuta, Rampur, Phidim, Ilam, Mangalbare, Gaurigunj, Patharisanishchare, and Letang branches.

   • Freshers are encouraged to apply.

   • Bachelor’s degree in Management or a minimum of Plus Two or equivalent (for internal applicants).

   • Age limit: Maximum 28 years.
