Bharatpur, Chitwan – Narayani Development Bank Ltd., a regional-level development bank, has announced job vacancies for multiple positions at its central and branch offices in Chitwan. The bank is seeking highly competent, self-motivated, and result-oriented Nepali citizens to join its team.
The available positions include Branch Manager (Supervisor to Officer Level) and IT Assistant (Assistant Level).
For the Branch Manager role, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management or Economics (Master’s preferred) with at least five years of banking experience in credit or branch management. The maximum age limit is 40 years as of March 26, 2025.
The IT Assistant position requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 50% marks or a 2.0 GPA out of 4. Fresh graduates can apply, but preference will be given to those with technical skills in banking software, Windows/Linux OS, SQL Server, and programming languages such as HTML, PHP, JAVA, PYTHON, and .NET. The maximum age limit is 35 years as of March 26, 2025.
Candidates with a two-wheeler driving license will be given priority.
