Karnali Development Bank Announces Job Openings for different level of positions

Karnali Development Bank Ltd., one of the leading regional banks across five districts in Nepal, is now accepting applications for several positions within its banking operations. The bank seeks dynamic Nepali citizens who demonstrate a positive attitude, self-motivation, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high professional standards.

Available Positions

1. Officer Level

   • Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university.
   • Experience: Candidates with 3 to 7 years of experience in Banking and Financial Institutions (BFIs) are preferred.
   • Age: 21 to 40 years.

2. Management Trainee (2 Positions)

   • Qualifications: MBA or MBS degree with a minimum of 50% from a recognized university.
   • Age: 21 to 40 years.

3. Assistant Level (Few Positions)

   • Qualifications: Minimum +2 level education from a recognized institution.
   • Experience: Preference for candidates with 1 year of experience in BFIs.
   • Age: 18 to 35 years.
