IMELIFE Insurance is seeking dynamic individuals to join its team as Branch/Sub-Branch Managers in various locations across Nepal. Positions are available in Lumbini (Tulsipur, Gulmi, Lamahi, Samsergunj), Bagmati (Sindhuli), Sudurpaschim (Sukhad, Baitadi), Gandaki (Galkot, Gaindakot), and Koshi (Solukhumbu).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Prior experience in life insurance sales, banking, microfinance, cooperatives, or sales management is advantageous.
• Age: 23-35 years.
• Proficient in computer and office administrative work with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement branch-specific strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead, mobilize, and manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets.
• Identify market opportunities through effective lead generation and sales strategies.
